The French cyclist Eugène Christophe, born on January 22, 1885, in Paris, is considered the inventor of the toe clip. In 1925, he sold his invention to the company Poutrait-Morin (now Zéfal), where he served as director until his death in 1970. Since then, Zéfal has never stopped selling these legendary toe clips. Sold in pairs.
