Product details
104 BCD is the most common bolt pattern for double and triple cranks and is coincidentally the first product that Wolf Tooth Components produced. The Drop-Stop® tooth design is the most powerful and durable wide/narrow chainring design on the market. It is compatible with all 104 BCD cranks featuring Drop-Stop technology. In Wolf Tooth's patented wide/narrow chainring, the wide side of the tooth on the drive side has maximum contact, distributing the load and extending the lifespan of the chainring. The narrow side allows for mud and dirt clearance, reducing friction. The alternating wide/narrow tooth pattern prevents chain drop.

Compatibility: fits all cranks with a 104 BCD chainring bolt pattern: all chainring sizes require 6mm bolts, except for the 30-tooth threaded chainring, which requires 7-10mm bolts. Wolf Tooth offers both sizes in various colors.
30-tooth 104 BCD uses 10mm bolts, while 32, 34, 36, and 38-tooth 104 BCD use 6mm bolts. When using a bash ring, 8mm bolts are required (most standard bolts on triple cranksets are 8mm). The 32-tooth chainring works on many older 2x Shimano cranks (XT, SLX, or Deore). The 30-tooth chainring is the only compatible option for Quarq Powermeter cranks.
