Fitting the mouthguard: Boil water carefully!

• Bring the water to a boil and let it sit for 30 seconds before submerging the adult mouthguard in the water for 70 seconds (30 seconds for the junior version).
• Remove the mouthguard from the water using a spoon, shake off the water, and quickly place the mouthguard centered on the upper teeth (the mouthguard should be warm).
• Once the upper teeth are centered, gently bite down and use your tongue to suck out the air and excess water from the mouthguard. You can also use your fingers to press the guard in place from the outside.
• Leave the mouthguard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and rinse it under cold water.
• If the fit is not perfect, repeat the process until it is optimal.
• If the mouthguard is slightly too large, you can trim the ends with a knife.
