Venum Reflex

The Venum Reflex Ball is a unique training accessory that is easy to transport and allows you to improve your coordination as well as the precision of your punches. A few years ago, it was not widely used, but athletes like Vasyl Lomachenko have made the ball so popular that it can now be found in the training bags of almost all professional boxers. The concept is simple: a rubber ball attached to an elastic band is connected to a rubber band worn around the head. You then need to hit the ball while controlling the intensity and direction of your punches. Using the reflex ball requires no additional equipment, making it very easy to use regardless of your training location. The reflex ball set includes two rubber balls on elastic bands with different resistance levels to optimally train your reflexes and coordination. The headband is adjustable and elastic.
