The top is oval and is gently pulled back by the stem clamp, providing a larger area for your hands to rest. A wider palm base means that road vibrations and shocks are better distributed and not concentrated in one spot, effectively reducing fatigue in the hands, wrists, and elbows. Additionally, the bend is better suited than a straight top for the natural resting position of your hands. The bends have a length of 105 mm (measured from the center of the bend to the edge of the bend), providing enough space to comfortably place your hand, yet short enough to easily reach the brake and shift levers. The drop of 128 mm is relaxed, and the 12-degree flare ensures excellent cornering stability and prevents your forearms from hitting the tops during intense efforts or obstacles.
