Vaude Sesvenna III

The Sesvenna Shorts provide extra warmth in the mountains. These shorts, insulated with PrimaLoft Silver Insulation Eco, can be easily pulled over ski touring pants in cold conditions. They take up minimal space, are lightweight, and boost morale at the summit when temperatures drop. Additionally, they fit comfortably thanks to the elastic waistband and stretch inserts, allowing for freedom of movement during sports. Two side zippers enable quick on and off. This product is made water-repellent with Eco Finish without fluorocarbons (PFC).

PrimaLoft Silver Insulation Eco is considered the most powerful and environmentally friendly insulation, with fibers made from 70% recycled plastic bottles. Despite its lightweight nature, this material offers significant warmth. The fabric can also be compressed if desired.

PFCs are a group of chemical compounds used to treat the outer fabric of many outdoor products for water resistance. They have come under scrutiny for being non-biodegradable, accumulating in the body, and being suspected of being harmful to health. VAUDE has made a clear commitment to completely eliminate PFCs.

The high elasticity of the material is achieved through the inclusion of elastane or the method of knitting or weaving the fabric. The stretchiness of the material enhances the comfort and performance of the garment, providing a great range of motion.
