The AM MOAB MID WINTER STX offers everything a warm flat pedal shoe needs: performance, extra grip, and protection. The waterproof, mid-cut flat pedal shoe made from high-quality and durable Terracare leather features a membrane sock construction that is completely waterproof and breathable. Additionally, the environmentally friendly, highly functional Primaloft® Eco Gold insulation keeps your feet warm and dry even on icy days. The mid-height shaft, combined with conventional lacing and a Velcro strap, ensures a perfect fit. The stable fit is complemented by the anatomically shaped Ortholite® insole, which provides optimal power transfer thanks to the firmer PU foam in the pedal area. Reinforced toe and heel caps offer extra protection against impacts and stones. For additional comfort and protection, the EVA midsole incorporates a cushioning element in the heel area. The AM flat sole, with its graduated hexagon profile in the pedal area combined with the soft SUPtraction® flat rubber compound, ensures perfect grip on the pedal and plenty of riding fun. The sole has a deeper profile in the toe and heel areas, providing the necessary grip during walking and pushing sections. The certified leather from Terracare® is produced in Germany and has been manufactured with particular consideration for environmental sustainability. The comfortable Ortholite® insole is made from eco-friendly Eco Plush PU foam and 50% recycled polyester. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for an environmentally friendly, functional product made from sustainable materials.
