The name Finale is programmatic for this model: tested on the famous stages of the Enduro World Series in Finale Ligure, designed for bikers who demand high-quality materials with superior protection and good ventilation. Despite the enlarged helmet surface, Uvex engineers have minimized the weight to a light 300 grams and have also refined a sophisticated ventilation management system. In hot conditions, such as on the Mediterranean trails in Finale Ligure, keeping a cool head is not only comfortable but also a crucial factor for concentration and performance. The Uvex Finale features twenty ventilation openings that work in conjunction with the 20 internal ventilation channels to ensure ideal air circulation. The precise fit on the head can be adjusted accurately using the Uvex Anatomic IAS system. A snug fit prevents slipping during fast descents and is an important safety factor in case of an unintended fall on the trail. The protective material EPS is directly foamed into the polycarbonate shell, resulting in a lightweight helmet construction with maximum impact resistance and the perfect fusion of EPS inner layer and PC outer layer. With the Uvex IAS system, helmets can be adjusted for width, as everyone has their individual head shape.
