Tune SpeedNeedle

The Speedneedle by Jürgen Mikus offers the same seating comfort as a good standard saddle while being significantly lighter. Unlike regular saddles that press on the perineum due to the bending of the saddle shell and the give of the seat padding, stiff saddles like the Speedneedle do not have this issue. This results in better blood circulation and no numbness. Additionally, the cut-out padding in the perineum area prevents numbness. Since 2007, the Speedneedle has been delivered with an updated frame. Thanks to the new carbon-aramid mix, there is no need for additional wrapping. The Speedneedle frame has a large clamping area, allowing the use of straight posts on almost all bikes. CC European Champion Sabine Spitz and downhill champion Marcus Klausmann are both enthusiastic about the Speedneedle.
