Product details

A seat post primarily experiences bending loads during operation, which generate tensile and compressive stresses. The truss structure is excellently suited for this type of load and achieves the same stability at a significantly lower weight. It also has good clamping properties. In practice, this lightweight component impresses with high self-damping during road and gravel use.

This lightweight component is based on this type of technology. The cutouts following this principle allow for a weight saving of a substantial 40 grams without compromising stability. This even requires a 20-minute longer milling time on the 4-axis CNC machine.
