Tubbs Flex VRT

The Flex VRT is our premium composite snowshoe designed to deliver quality performance for mountain exploration. The DynamicFit 2.0 binding features the BOA Fit System that distributes tension evenly around your boot, combined with EVA foam for the ultimate comfortable and precise fit.

The new Flex Torsion Deck technology allows for a natural heel-to-toe stride and absorbs shock to reduce stress on your joints. At the same time, the FLEX tail engages with the built-in rear traction, keeping the snowshoe on track and underfoot, making downhill a breeze. This deck provides just the right amount of stiffness for lateral hilling and adapts to the terrain. Paired with aggressive traction rails and the Viper 2.0 crampon, this snowshoe bites into all snow conditions.

User weight refers to the total weight of the user plus anything they are carrying such as a backpack, gear, etc. Each product page has a more specific sizing chart to determine which size is best for you. Recommended weight for VRT 29: 77-114 kg.

Tubbs' advanced Torsion Deck provides torsional articulation throughout the body of the snowshoe, improving traction, preserving your natural gait, and enhancing comfort on uneven terrain. Patented FLEX Tail technology allows the snowshoe to roll more naturally from heel to toe. The FLEX Tail absorbs shock from heel strike, reducing stress on the joints.

The DynamicFit binding integrates the BOA Closure Fit System with the comfort of EVA foam, evenly distributing pressure around your boot and creating a precise fit with optimized control. Releasing the binding is as easy as pulling up the BOA Rotating Toe Cord. The Rotating Toe Cord design allows the snowshoe end to shed snow and reduce cardiorespiratory stress by 7%, while a rotation limiter prevents over-rotation.
