In PressFit bottom brackets, the bearing cups are pressed in instead of being screwed. The main difference between the various systems lies in how the bearings are secured within the frame. PressFit bearings are protected within nylon bearing cups, which are simply pressed into the bottom bracket shell of the frame. No snap rings are required for installation. The actual bearings are meticulously sealed to significantly increase their lifespan. This bottom bracket is compatible with PressFit bottom bracket shells that have a 41 mm inner diameter and a width of 92 mm or 89.5 mm.
