Troy Lee Designs A1 – All-Mountain Helmet in Race Design. The A1 helmet shell is made from reinforced polycarbonate with a molded EPS inner shell that extends to the sides and back of the head, providing ideal protection during falls. The adjustable visor is secured and adjusted with anodized aluminum screws. A three-position adjustable retention system allows for a customized fit. It is also compatible with the use of goggles. The one-piece inner lining is removable and washable. Its antimicrobial and breathable material ensures a dry and comfortable feel inside the helmet, even in hot conditions. When temperatures rise, the 8 intake and 8 exhaust vents allow air to flow through the helmet, noticeably cooling your head.

Inmolding is a technology that optimizes the weight, ventilation, and stability of the helmet. The outer shell is fused with shock-absorbing EPS material during the manufacturing process to create a single unit.
