Troy Lee Designs A1 - All-Mountain Helmet in Race Design

The reinforced helmet shell of the A1, made from polycarbonate with an integrated EPS inner shell, extends over the sides and to the back of the head, providing ideal protection in the event of a fall. The adjustable visor is held and regulated by anodized aluminum screws. A three-position adjustable retention system allows you to customize the fit to your individual needs, accommodating the use of glasses as well. The one-piece inner lining is removable and washable. Its antimicrobial, moisture-wicking material ensures a dry and comfortable wearing experience even in heat. Additionally, the 8 intake and 8 exhaust vents allow air to flow through the helmet, noticeably cooling the head when temperatures rise.

Inmolding refers to a technology that optimizes the weight, ventilation, and stability of the helmet. The outer shell is fused with the impact-absorbing EPS material during the manufacturing process to create a single unit.
