Topo Athletic Trailventure 2

The Trailventure WP 2 offers additional water protection compared to the Trailventure, thanks to its breathable eVent inner shoe. However, this high-end model can do much more and is the best choice when conditions might get really wet. Thanks to the membrane technology of the bootie, it also feels comfortable in heat.

The stack height has been increased by 3 mm in version 2, providing high stability and traction downhill in combination with the excellently cushioning ZipFoam midsole and the tailored Vibram MegaGrip, even in mud and snow. We achieve full puncture protection with a fully integrated ESS rock plate, which also enhances stability and grip during partial landings.

The heel collar has been slightly reduced, and the last has been minimally widened. The Smart Lacing System allows for a quick switch to higher lacing and back by adjusting the laces. Breathable and waterproof – the original breathable, waterproof shoe technology provides the necessary all-weather protection.

The flexible ESS rock protection plate guards against stone bruises caused by sharp rocks and roots. The multi-density midsole takes advantage of two cushioning levels: soft underfoot and firmer and more responsive on the ground.
