Tooltonic Roto Finish RF200

Developed with the latest technology, the tuning file can be conveniently carried in any pocket. It is highly valued by both professionals and recreational athletes. All types of skis and snowboards can be easily sharpened at all useful angles (86°-90°).

The Roto-Finish is mounted on the handle of the edge sharpener. The diamond discs rotate automatically thanks to back-and-forth movements over the edge. This ensures that the entire grinding surface of the diamonds wears evenly. In contrast to sharpening with stationary grinding stones or diamonds, a slight groove quickly develops in the grinding surface, causing the edge to become convex and less sharp. With the Roto-Finish, grinding and/or polishing is easier, can be done very quickly, and the ski edge becomes particularly sharp. The Roto-Finish is patented and available in three variants: Pre-grind, Finish, and Race-Finish.

The pre-grind sharpens quickly. The Finish guarantees perfect sharpness and improves glide, maneuverability, and precision of ski and snowboard handling.

How to proceed?

Pre-grind with the Roto-Finish 200: Side grind with approximately 10 back-and-forth movements; handle set to the desired angle.

Finish with the Roto-Finish 400: Side polish with 6 back-and-forth movements; handle set to 1° less than with the Roto-Finish 200.

Race finish with Roto-Finish 800: For competition, an additional 6 passes with the Roto-Finish 800; same angles as Roto-Finish 400.
