Togu ® Powerball® ABS®

The ABS Powerball is a stable seating and exercise ball equipped with an anti-burst system. In the event of damage to the ball's surface from sharp edges, needles, glass shards, or scissors, the material prevents sudden rupturing. Air escapes slowly through the hole, eliminating the risk of bursting and preventing injuries from unexpected falls. The material used is latex-free and contains no prohibited plasticizers, is odorless, and extremely durable.

Using the seating ball primarily strengthens the abdominal, back, and core muscles. Sitting upright and in motion can help prevent or alleviate back pain, while regular training improves coordination and balance.
