With a surface area of 80 x 80 cm, the balance trainer provides ample space for a roller trainer (not included), on which the bicycle can be placed. Training with the platform offers several advantages: you will experience a completely new riding sensation, the mechanical forces acting on you and the bike are reduced, while the bicycle is protected. The forces do not transfer into the bike's frame; instead, the tension remains continuously in your core muscles. Particularly convenient is the ability to individually adjust the air volume in the Air Buffers to suit your needs. With the included air pump, you can easily increase or decrease the air volume. This allows for more direct or softer movements. However, the training device is not only excellent as a bike trainer. Exercises without a bike, such as squats or crunches, can also be ideally performed on the movable platform. The included training program helps set neuromuscular stimuli and effectively trains the core and back muscles, as well as coordination and deep muscles.
