This shoe mirrors the design of the adult model FAST 900 but has been tailored to meet the needs of a growing child's body.

Our shoes are tested and validated on various indoor and outdoor surfaces. We assess both grip on floors with different dust levels and durability. TARMAK, the basketball brand of DECATHLON, is a partner of the NBA, the largest basketball league in the world. This partnership with the National Basketball Association has led to a product collection that combines DECATHLON's best expertise with NBA teams to excite both young and old.

Derived from the adult model: FAST 900 LOW-1. This children's version features a similar look and is designed to cater to the needs of a growing body: this includes the sole geometry and the chosen materials. Children will also be thrilled to wear shoes with the logo of their favorite NBA team.

To properly select a basketball shoe, consider the following: 1. Determine the child's playing level and frequency. 2. Can the child tie their shoes independently? 3. Choose the right shaft height: covered or uncovered ankle area? We recommend trying on the shoe before the first practice and selecting the child's usual shoe size for basketball. There should be about 1 cm of space between the toe and the shoe tip, as the volume and length of the foot may slightly increase during movement. Wearing specialized basketball socks reduces friction in high-wear areas.
