Product details

The Balance Step Pro can be used on both sides and is utilized in many areas. On the semi-circular surface, balance, coordination, and strength endurance training can be performed while standing, jumping, or lying down. The flat side can be used both as a balance board and for push-up exercises. The two included fitness tubes can be attached to the side of the Balance Step's base, allowing for a combined workout of the arms, upper body, and balance. With the help of the air pump, the firmness of the Balance Step can be adjusted, which also changes the instability of the training device. The Balance Step Pro is suitable for dynamic training in the gym, specific athletic training, or general balance training for all performance levels. It is also used in various exercises in therapy.
