No frills, no color, no varnish - pure nature!

Sustainable version without additional strain on the environment. Can be used just like an athletic model for training. Since it is not treated with varnish, it may get dirty a bit faster and signs of use are more visible.

To perform an original SYPOBA workout, the Athletic model is the benchmark. The Athletic models are complemented by the following accessories:

Bar: allows push-ups with straight wrists, offers grip variations, enables 3D training, and has a device for an abdominal roller in combination with the aluminum roller Revolution.

Fitness discs: fastening element of the bar, device for a tilting board that allows tilting movements in different directions and can be used with two legs or one leg.

Half-round wedges: side tilting movement in a milder form, can be used as a tool for additional instability in the ankles or wrists in combination with the training board and aluminum roller, can be used as a tool to combine the directions of the tilting board, and provides support for the heels in case of Achilles tendon issues.

With the accessories, exercises can be varied, made more challenging, or supported. The Athletic accessories and the Revolution roller with abdominal roller function optimize the functionality of the SYPOBA.
