Swedish Posture Balance Seat: For sitting activities or active training. The Swedish Posture Balance Seat is a padded seat with a movable, unstable surface. It is less stable than a Pilates ball and elegantly designed for use in the office. A precise exercise guide with detailed instructions is included. Even while sitting, users optimize their posture, mobility, balance, and strength. Just 15-30 minutes at a time ideally supports the postural muscles.

Correct usage: Place the ergonomic Balance Seat from Swedish Posture on a chair, stool, office chair, or similar. The starting position should be at a 90-degree angle. Adjust the height, if possible, so that the angle at the hip is greater than 90 degrees. Keep both feet on the ground, sit up straight without leaning against the backrest. By balancing on the unstable seat, you immediately activate your muscles. It’s best to instruct your colleagues and team on the correct sitting posture and benefit from the advantages of the ergonomic Balance Seat.
