The XX Rear Derailleur Eagle Transmission fundamentally changes the relationship between the cassette and the derailleur. The T-Type derailleur is designed as an integrated component that relies on the drivetrain. It is mounted around the axis of the wheel and, thanks to a novel interface without dropout, is in direct contact with the cassette. Its absolutely revolutionary Full-Mount attachment method creates a much stronger connection by being secured on both sides of the frame. The new Transmission derailleurs have the same intuitive pairing and adjustment process as our Eagle AXS derailleurs. Equipped with the Overload Clutch protection system, this model features a compact design that eliminates everything unnecessary for victory. It requires only standard maintenance and, to further enhance performance in competition, is equipped with a small roller called the Magic Wheel, which continues to spin even when an object enters the mechanism. Additionally, the XX SL Eagle Transmission derailleur features a carbon fork and interchangeable protective covers for the upper joint and the parallelogram—all in a sleek black finish. It offers unparalleled shifting performance, low weight, and unprecedented durability.
