Product details
Among all the drivetrain components on a mountain bike, the shifter rarely gets the spotlight. As the direct link between rider and drivetrain, it should. Thanks to the intuitive thumb operation, the GX Eagle shifter provides the rider with the perfect pressure point for crisp and precise gear changes. Moreover, its already legendary reliability gives you confidence on every adventure, all day long. The aluminum trigger withstands the inevitable stresses and is MatchMaker X compatible. Precise and durable, a workhorse, uncompromising, always in the right gear, always. The MatchMaker X clamp is more than just a clamp. It feels like Martha Stewart is organizing your handlebars. Since each clamp can accommodate up to three controls, you can attach everything from your XLoc suspension lockout, your Sram shifters, and your AVID brake levers to your Reverb XLoc remote, all using just two clamps. ZeroLoss stands for "zero loss." When you operate the shifter to change gears up or down, the cable is immediately released, ensuring zero movement loss. No more idle times waiting for the gear to engage. The gear is changed immediately and precisely. The X-Actuation technology, specifically developed for Sram 1x, ensures precise and consistent shifting across the entire cassette.
