Wet Marking Cart Stadium - Making Surface Marking Easy. The wet marking cart features an integrated mixing hook and a plastic hand pump for pressure generation. Mixing the paint in the container is simple thanks to the mixing hook. It maintains a long working pressure, and the paint can be stored in the container. Cleaning is straightforward. The marking cart is suitable for hard and grass surfaces and weighs approximately 14 kg. It has a sturdy steel tube frame with weather-resistant powder coating and powder-coated small parts. Equipped with 4 air-filled balloon wheels (approximately 26x8.5 cm) and an adjustable height guide handle. The line width can be adjusted from 50 to 120 mm. The container consists of a lightweight 2.2 kg plastic paint container with a capacity of 12 liters, suitable for approximately 11 liters of marking paint and equipped with a safety valve. The delivery includes a paint filling funnel and a sieve. Fill the marking paint and water in the recommended mixing ratio into the container and close it. With the hand pump, you can mix the paint in the container while simultaneously building up the required working pressure. After the marking process, the paint can remain in the container as long as it is airtight. For quick startup, the hose and nozzle must be cleaned with clear water. The required peak pressure of approximately 4 bar for the marking process is generated by the hand pump. For sports field marking, we recommend Sport-Thieme Wet Marking Paint Extra White. You will need approximately 46 liters of paint to mark a sports field. The markings are visible and can last up to 4 weeks, depending on weather conditions and grass growth. Capacity: 12 liters.
