Robust and stable for daily training. The rungs of the Sport-Thieme Agility Coordination Ladder are made from flexible and shatterproof plastic and can be adjusted to varying distances. The coordination ladder is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For indoor use, suction cups are attached to the bottom to prevent slipping on smooth surfaces. For outdoor use, ground pegs are included in the delivery, allowing for secure placement on sports fields. The fourfold ladder consists of 4 individual elements of 2 meters each, which can be clipped together.
