Sport-Thieme Balance Disc

The Sport-Thieme Balance Disc strengthens the back muscles. With a large diameter of 45 cm, fitness exercises can also be performed in a hip-width stance (please only do this with assistance). Additionally, training with the disc is possible while sitting, lying on your stomach, or lying on your back. The cushion is wobbly, requiring you to perform balancing movements. You strengthen your core and spinal muscles while also improving balance, coordination, and joint stability. Particularly practical: the balance cushion can also be used as a seat and meditation cushion. The included pump allows you to adjust the air pressure, enabling you to train according to your fitness level. Two bulges with different difficulty levels and structures provide variety in your fitness training.
