Simond Men's trekking trousers water-repellent windproof - MT900 grey

This windproof trekking pants are ideal for your tours in cool or windy weather. A more robust fabric in the seat and knee areas provides good freedom of movement, which is perfect for demanding trekking trips. Side ventilation zippers allow for optimal air circulation and help dissipate body heat during strenuous sections.

These pants are made from two different materials:
– Very durable fabric (277 g/m²) in high-friction areas (seat, front leg hem)
– Robust, elastic fabric (198 g/m², 12% elastane) in the remaining areas for high freedom of movement. The MT900 pants are water-repellent. Water droplets bead off their surface. However, be cautious, as they are not waterproof! While the water-repellent feature prevents the pants from getting wet quickly, it does not provide adequate protection in prolonged rain. For that, we recommend a rain pant like the MT500 model.

The water-repellent properties can be refreshed with a waterproofing spray. These pants have a sporty and close-fitting cut. High freedom of movement is ensured by the bi-stretch material. If you prefer a looser fit, choose one size larger than usual.

The MT900 trekking pants feature several pockets:
– Two zippered hand pockets
– Two zippered thigh pockets
– One zippered back pocket

Hooks at the leg hem allow you to attach the pants to your shoes, preventing stones and snow from entering. Two side ventilation zippers support air circulation. The included belt can also be used as a tension strap for your gear if needed.
