The hybrid battery compartment can accommodate both a rechargeable hybrid battery pack and standard AAA batteries. The lamp has grippy surfaces and includes an integrated red safety taillight for added visibility. The Trail Runner Free is lightweight and perfectly balanced, with easy-to-use adjustment options and a flat, soft extension cable that won't tangle. The battery can be conveniently worn on the headband or, thanks to the extension cable, kept warm in a pocket to preserve battery life.
