The Politex upper material consists of several overlapping layers with different physical-mechanical properties. The compressed PVC is combined with two fabrics (knit and felt) that are film-dyed for long-lasting color fastness. Politex provides strong resistance to tearing, stretching, and fading. It is manufactured in strict compliance with European regulations and is a fully green product.
The Tecno 3 System runs the entire length of the shoe, allowing for optimal pressure distribution. The upper material adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot thanks to the new system. Sidi's reliable closure system has been further improved and, thanks to the cable material, allows for easy and quick adjustments. Like most Sidi small parts, the Tecno 3 System is replaceable.
The reinforced heel cap keeps the foot in an optimal position and prevents the shoe from deforming due to extreme performance or prolonged pressure. With reflective inserts, the heel cap offers additional safety in road traffic.
The carbon fiber-reinforced nylon sole with integrated plastic inserts provides optimal traction in running sections. Threaded inserts allow for optional studs. The shoe is compatible with all common MTB pedal systems.
