The outer material is made of microfibre. Microfibre is breathable, temperature-regulating and dirt-repellent thanks to its surface texture. Soft Instep 4: The Soft Instep Closure System is a wide, anatomically shaped strap combined with a soft, thermoformed EVA pad that distributes pressure evenly over the instep area. The Soft Instep Closure System is adjustable from both sides to place the EVA pad perfectly over the instep. Soft Instep Closure System 4 is replaceable and available as a spare part. Tecno 3 System: The Tecno 3 System runs along the entire length of the boot and therefore enables optimum pressure distribution. The upper material adapts perfectly to the shape of the foot thanks to the new system. Sidi's reliable closure system has been further improved and, thanks to the new cable material, allows quick and easy adjustment. Like most Sidi small parts, the Tecno 3 system is replaceable. Sidi heel cup: The reinforced heel cup keeps the foot in an optimal position and prevents the shoe from being deformed by extreme performance or prolonged pressure. With reflective inserts, the heel cup offers additional safety in road traffic. Rubber toe: Protects the toes from stone chips. Thanks to the anti-slip rubber compound, the rubber toe has light cushioning properties. Comfort fit insole: Insole made of ergonomically moulded foam with antibacterial properties and perforation for optimum ventilation. MTB RS17 Sole: Carbon fibre-reinforced nylon sole with grippy plastic inserts and rubberised SIDI logo in the middle sole area, for optimum traction in running passages and more safety when getting on the pedals.
