OEM packaging 1 pair - The packaging does not include a box. Shimano disc brake pads with cooling fins for mountain bikes or road bikes. Brake fading after prolonged, continuous use, such as downhill, affects braking performance. Shimano has introduced brake discs and pads with Ice Technologies to create a cooling technology for consistently high braking performance. The brake disc features a three-layer sandwich structure made of stainless steel on the outside with an aluminum core. This improves heat dissipation and reduces the surface temperature from 400˚C to 300˚C. Additionally, there is a cooling fin on the brake pad. The design of the disc combined with the cooling fins results in a longer pad lifespan, less brake noise, reduced fading, and lower weight. Type: Disc brake pads. Pad material: Resin (organic).
