Shimano XTR SL-M9100 I-Spec EV shift lever right 12-speed

As one of the contact points, the shifters are an important link between rider and bike. Compared to the M9000 shifter, the operating forces have been reduced by 35% thanks to a modified gear ratio in combination with a lower cage tension on the rear derailleur. The proven Rapidfire Plus shifting logic with two-way release levers has been carried over from the previous version. However, the M9100 shifter shifts 20% faster thanks to a revised inner workings, so that the rider can react even faster to changing track conditions. With the I-Spec EV version, the lever can be attached to the XTR M9100/9120 brake levers to save space. In addition, mounting according to the new standard offers a 14 millimetre wide lateral adjustment range and the shift lever can be rotated by 60 degrees.
