Shimano's newly developed Sora is designed for a wide range of riders with its robustness, affordable prices, and flexible solutions. Both beginners and experienced cyclists will appreciate the comfortable 9-speed group on their road bike, fitness bike, or urban bike. To ensure top-notch performance, the new Sora incorporates many technologies from the high-end groups. The black-gray finish of the components has also been adopted, giving it an elegant and high-quality appearance.

For use with flat handlebars, the new group also offers Rapidfire Plus shifters. With 2-Way-Release, cable adjustment, and an optical gear indicator, they are a perfect solution for emerging urban and fitness bikes.

Rapidfire Plus shifters are equipped with 2-Way-Release. This means that the shift cable can be released by pulling with the index finger or pressing with the thumb.
