These resin brake pads offer high braking performance, ensuring maximum braking power. The aluminum cooling fins dissipate the heat generated during braking, reducing the risk of overheating the braking system during long descents. Additionally, resin pads minimize noise during braking, both in dry and wet conditions. Of course, material research cannot defy physics; compared to metallic brake pads, wear is slightly higher and temperature stability is limited. However, the lifespan of your brake discs is increased. If you need more braking power, we recommend the corresponding Shimano metallic brake pads. The J05A resin pads with cooling fins are the successor model to the J03A resin pads and are compatible with the same disc brake models as the previous version.
