For example, the SensoRun Balance Index from 0-100 reflects the balance during running. This value includes the left-right comparison of all movement and impact load parameters relevant to running. The measured data can be tracked live and is saved for further analysis and documentation. The collected data results in recommendations in the form of suggested actions to optimise running behaviour, which can be called up in the app. - Getting the most out of your next running session - how SensorRun works - The comfortable straps with the sensors of the SensoRun running analysis set are attached to the athlete's track legs in a similar way to a rubber stocking. As a result, it records movement sequences and loads caused by shin rotation directly on the body. Co-developed by Tübingen Sports Medicine, this sensor-based system provides precise measurement data, ideally tailored to the needs of runners. - This is how you proceed: Attach the sesors to the shin using the tibia straps included in the scope of delivery. The sensors deliver 256 measurements per second via Bluetooth to the free SensoRun app on a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.
