Seeland Taiga trousers

The Taiga overpants are Seeland's warmest hunting trousers. Taiga means "coniferous forest" and it covers large parts of Siberia. It is these coldest regions of Siberia that inspired us to create this ultra-warm overpant, which withstands even the coldest and iciest days—especially during sit-and-wait hunting when you have to remain still for hours waiting for the right moment to shoot, or during snowmobile tours. The waterproof pants feature a WindBeater membrane and a 250-gram insulation, making it the thickest insulation on the market. The microfleece lining on the inside of the overpants helps to retain warmth. Thanks to the polyester on the legs, the pants can be put on quickly and effortlessly. The pants are equipped with groundbreaking Thinsulate technology, an insulating membrane made of fine microfibers that trap warm air molecules. When the body warms up, Thinsulate ensures that the heat does not escape while moisture can still evaporate through the outer membrane. The pants have adjustable suspenders and waterproof zippers on the sides that extend up to the knees. The overpants themselves are closed with a two-way zipper. Additional features include adjustable options at the ankle, belt loops, and an elastic waistband. Furthermore, there are two pockets on each side of the pants. Areas that experience heavy wear are protected by cleverly designed, durable patches. The lower part of the pants is made of water-repellent Oxford nylon. When combined with the Taiga jacket and Taiga mittens, you benefit from an extremely insulating hunting set for rifle and shotgun hunting, providing protection even in temperatures well below freezing.
