The Schwalbe Tube No.20 Extra Light fits 28" (or 27" – 630) tires with a width of 18-25 mm and is used on racing bikes, light cross bikes, and trekking bikes. The Extra Light delivers the usual quality and reliability of the standard tube at a reduced weight. Due to their excellent manufacturing, Schwalbe tubes have proven themselves on the market for years. They have a uniform wall thickness and are round in shape. Thanks to their precise jointing, they are durable at the seam. A comparative test showed that the Schwalbe tube maintains air pressure significantly longer than other tubes. One possible reason for this could be a lower butyl content in the other tubes. The special quality of Schwalbe tubes results from the uniqueness of their rubber compound. To ensure this high quality, every single Schwalbe tube is inflated and inspected for at least 24 hours before leaving the factory.
