Savotta Side pocket 6 l

Nothing fancy, but exactly what you would expect from a side pocket for your backpack. The zipper is covered for added water-resistant properties and protection against abrasion and dirt. The vertical webbing on the front keeps your backpack's compression straps neatly above the pocket, allowing you to compress the pocket properly. These can also be used as attachment points for bungee cords, carabiners, and the like. The 6-liter side pocket fits all of our Jääkäri series backpacks.

A 25mm webbing loop and a D-ring at the top of the back interior allow you to secure small and important items. The flat rear compartment provides basic organization for smaller items. The bottom and lower half of the side walls are lined with 210D nylon for added abrasion resistance. A grommet allows for drainage of any water that may enter the pocket. The two vertical attachment straps create a gap of about 9 cm between them, allowing you to carry items like axes, fishing rods, etc., stowed behind the pocket.

On the back, there is our standard PALS/MOLLE attachment strap system with insert tabs. The middle horizontal webbing rows have been eliminated as they add unnecessary weight without any benefit. While we are not a manufacturer of ultralight gear, we also dislike unnecessary weight.
