The training-tuned Speedroll technology features a daily-specific ¾-length carbon fiber plate that is slotted at the back, enhancing toe-off while allowing for a smoother landing.

Durable XT-900 carbon rubber, strategically placed in high-abrasion areas, delivers the traction and durability of a daily training shoe without compromising the efficiency of a responsive super shoe.
