Building on the foundation of the Quest, this iconic boot is now available in a high version. If your mission takes you into the most rugged terrain, the Quest 4D Forces High GTX EN in Black offers you the extra support and grip of a mountain boot, while still maintaining the flexibility to take a knee or sprint into position under challenging conditions. The tactical boot officially meets the testing standards of ISO 20347:2012 and the associated standards for puncture resistance, antistatic properties, and slip resistance. An anti-debris mesh material combined with full-grain leather provides a particularly robust and flexible, non-reflective outer material. The underlying GORE-TEX® membrane makes the boot an ideal companion in any weather.

The 3D rubber toe cap and rubber heel cap protect the foot from impacts and ensure high comfort on gravel or in off-trail terrain. The SensiFit™ system wraps the foot from the midsole to the classic lacing system, providing a secure, precise, and almost custom fit. The inside of the shoe is reinforced with additional material to support climbing and quick descents.

The most important feature of a multifunctional tactical shoe is, of course, the high-tech sole construction. In addition to the puncture-resistant Enigma Zero HT2 insole and antistatic technology, Salomon relies on a proven combination: The Contagrip® MD outsole ensures secure footing in the mountains, the 4D chassis provides running stability, and the EnergyCell midsole offers optimal cushioning and performance. Finally, an OrthoLite® insole ensures a comfortable fit and additional cushioning in the shoe, while perforations in the sole support a pleasant foot climate.
