Inspired by and named after Monte Zebrù in the Ortler Alps and made in Italy, our Zebru Fresh Bodymapping base layers are primarily composed of super-fine merino wool blended with durable Tencel™ Lyocell sourced from sustainably grown wood. The merino wool ensures optimal heat regulation and a soft, close-to-skin comfort, while Lyocell provides additional moisture absorption and freshness, making this T-shirt ideal for mountaineering and climbing.

Enhanced Thermoregulation
Furthermore, this base layer features smart synthetic polyamide threads enriched with a unique blend of natural, thermoreactive minerals. These responsive yarns are capable of absorbing far-infrared energy (FIR) from the body and gradually releasing it back to the muscle tissue over time. The resulting increased blood circulation, cellular performance, and oxygen supply lead to more effective thermoregulation, better performance, and faster recovery. Responsive is an integral part of the fabric and does not wash out.

The long-sleeved women's version of this base layer has a close-fitting, sporty cut and an attractive jacquard knit that stretches well even without elastane. The polyamide content also makes it more durable and shape-retaining. An advanced circular knitting process creates a seamless, one-piece top without side seams, ensuring smooth comfort. And thanks to the high content of merino wool, the Zebru base layer naturally combats odor formation.
