The WS Ultra Train was developed in collaboration with Michelin Technical Sole specifically for Mountain Training, a new concept from Salewa for summer 2016. The focus is on outstanding traction and stability – for carefree training and mountain experiences, whether during fast hiking, long runs on technical trails, or uphill intervals. The shoe features a Michelin outsole, exclusively developed with Salewa: its special outdoor rubber compound combined with an aggressive, mountain bike tire-inspired tread pattern provides reliable grip, while the Motion Guidance technology supports the natural foot movement on uneven terrain. Additionally, Salewa's 3F Total System, combined with the Adaptive Eyelets, supports the midfoot by extending the standard 3F for a precise fit all the way to the lacing.
