Powerful sole

The Ultra Flex 2 Mid combines the features of a hiking shoe - reliable protection on mixed mountain terrain - with the agility of a trail running shoe. Its central element is the high-performance POMOCA® sole, developed exclusively in collaboration with SALEWA®. It guides the movement of the foot and promotes a natural roll and an efficient, energy-saving transition from heel strike to push-off with the toes. The rubber compound and special lug design provide secure grip and adhesion on dry and wet surfaces - in a wide range of terrain and weather conditions.

Waterproof, breathable, flexible and secure.
The shoe has a lightweight upper and a mid-height shaft, combining mobility and support. GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane construction keeps your feet dry in wet and muddy conditions. Inside, a breathable OrthoLite footbed provides enhanced cushioning, wicks away moisture and offers your feet a cooler, drier feel.

Our patented SALEWA® 3F System connects the instep area to the sole and heel for flexibility, a precise fit, and a firm hold on the ankle. At the same time, the Flex Collar gives the ankle more freedom of movement to the rear, which helps you on the descent.
