Lightweight, protective, and waterproof overpants for men made from a hybrid Powertex® construction for trekking and backpacking. The Puez Powertex Hybrid Overpants combine comfort, minimal pack size, and protection for any activities in changing weather conditions. The overpants feature two different versions of our proven laminated, weatherproof fabric: the three-layer Powertex® ripstop inserts provide enhanced weather protection, while the lighter 2.5-layer Powertex® ripstop material offers freedom of movement with a very low pack size. Both materials are completely waterproof with a water column of 10,000 millimeters. High breathability is ensured with an activity level of 10,000 g/m2/24h even during intense ascents. Additionally, the pants have fully taped seams. The slim, tailored fit and the adjustable hem with a snap button ensure an ideal, snug fit. Thanks to the continuous side zippers on both sides, the pants can be quickly put on and taken off during sudden weather changes—without needing to remove your shoes. As part of the Salewa Committed collection, the pants are produced according to our additional environmental and sustainability standards to leave as small an ecological footprint as possible. All materials used are made from 100 percent recycled polyester and feature a PFC-free, water-repellent DWR treatment that allows water to bead off the fabric without harming the environment.
