Specifically designed for these requirements, we developed the Pedroc Pro Mid PTX: the lightweight, protective, and versatile speed hiking shoe is mid-cut and feels at home both in challenging terrain and on urban city trails.

While the strong upper material made of ripstop mesh and the lateral TPU coating protect against abrasion in rough terrain, the integrated ankle protection and the SALEWA® 3F system provide the necessary support and stability while hiking – especially in difficult terrain, where sure-footedness is crucial. The patented 3F system connects the midfoot area with the heel, ensuring a secure fit while maintaining high flexibility. For additional weather protection with high breathability, the shoe is equipped with an eco-friendly Powertex® membrane.

When the terrain gets wet and slippery, the Pomoca™ Speed Hiker Pro outsole shines: the tread pattern and the S-Path design, which ensures ideal rolling, provide the necessary grip and maximum stability on rock, mud, or grass. The EVA midsole, located between the outsole and upper material, ensures optimal cushioning and high comfort.

The Pedroc Pro Mid PTX is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection, where products are manufactured according to independently verified environmental and social standards. The membrane used is waterproof and PFC-free.
