The Cristallo is our short-sleeved winter baselayer. It is warm, moisture-wicking, skin-friendly, and naturally prevents the formation of unpleasant odors. It is named after Monte Cristallo, the distinctive mountain northeast of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Moisture-wicking, thermoregulating, comfortable. The Alpine Merino Responsive fabric is a blend of 78% merino wool and 22% polyamide, which transports moisture away from the body and dries quickly. The synthetic fibers are enhanced with our patented Responsive technology. This is based on a special blend of natural, thermoreactive minerals that recycle the body's far infrared energy (FIR) and gradually release it back. They enhance your performance, accelerate your recovery, and keep you warmer for longer. These benefits remain throughout the fabric's lifespan, as Responsive is an integral part of the yarn and does not wash out.
Innovative knit construction. The striking graphic print of the Cristallo T-shirt is created using a special knitting technique, where a nylon core is wrapped with super-fine 19-micron merino yarn. This process not only makes the resulting fiber stronger and fluffier but also 30% lighter than comparable baselayer fibers. Additionally, the polyamide content improves the durability and stretch properties of the fiber. This women's baselayer features a one-piece torso with a round neckline, is free from bothersome seams, and offers maximum wearing comfort. It has a close-fitting cut, and the integrated gusset in the armpit area provides optimal freedom of movement.
