On steep, rugged rock faces, our material must be abrasion-resistant while providing maximum freedom of movement for even the most demanding climbing moves: With its 4-way stretch fabric and stretchy gusset in the crotch, our Agner Durastretch Shorts for men are designed specifically for climbing.

The 196-gram lightweight Durastretch fabric is extremely durable and protects against rough rock. Nevertheless, the stretch softshell material remains highly breathable, offers good moisture management, and provides light weather protection against rain and wind.

As part of the SALEWA Committed collection, the Agner Durastretch Shorts are made from recycled nylon and feature a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating.

The ergonomic waistband with belt loops and a zip fly is designed to be extra flat, ensuring it doesn’t bulk up when wearing a climbing harness, while providing comfortable wear both on the approach and on the wall. The climbing shorts are also equipped with two open hand pockets and an additional zippered pocket on the leg, where your phone and topo can be securely stored.
