In Mold Technology: Rudy Project's primary goal is to minimize the consequences of accidents. For this reason, Rudy Project manufactures using the proven In Mold technology, which involves directly injecting protective polystyrene (EPS) into the polycarbonate shell to create a significantly sturdier, shock-resistant, and lightweight structure. The combination of EPS, the polycarbonate shell, and the exoskeleton offers optimal protection against mechanical impacts from a fall by effectively distributing the energy across the structure, thereby protecting the helmet wearer from the consequences of a fall.

R S R: The innovative R.S.R. DISC adjustment system is continuously being developed to enhance performance and stability. Precise adjustability and height-adjustable inner rings provide the best fit and stability.

Bugstop and Pad: Sensitive mesh and pads are made from hypoallergenic, sweat-regulating material.

Eyewear Dock: For holding eyewear.

Lightweight, interchangeable visor: Attachment with Quick Snap system.
