Today, we aim to go even further by surpassing a new experimental testing protocol based on real accident data and scientific sources. The Rudy Project WG11 rotational impact test is a protocol introduced by Rudy Project in collaboration with accredited and designated bodies to test and measure helmet performance against rotational impacts. The "pass/fail" criterion of the Rudy Project WG11 is based on the BRIC value (Brain Injury Criterion), an algorithm that defines the degree of brain injury. This value must be less than 0.68. Several studies have shown that the BRIC values for concussions in humans range from 0.60 when derived directly from animal data to 0.68 when derived directly from college football players. The Nytron achieved an average BRIC value of 0.24, representing a breakthrough in helmet safety.

The Nytron combines superior aerodynamic performance with an impressively compact and lightweight design. It was developed in collaboration with the aerodynamic experts at Swiss Side, who conducted extensive computational fluid dynamics and wind tunnel testing. The structure of the Nytron features four in-mold EPS liners that provide maximum protection and shock absorption while keeping the helmet extremely lightweight and ventilated. The ventilation makes the Nytron a game changer in its category.
